Program Manager

Role Purpose:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end programs and/or projects

that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role includes planning,

executing, and finalizing programs according to deadlines and within budget, managing

teams, and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver programs according to

plan. This role also entails working closely with different functions within the company and

with partnered vendors and service providers to successfully deliver solutions and track

impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that align with organizational

goals and strategic priorities.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that program outcomes are

achieved effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure that program plans and KPIs defined per program directly contribute to Abu

Dhabi-wide health and digital enablement KPIs.

• Align scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders’ expectations.

Program Execution and Delivery

• Lead the planning and execution of programs and/or individual projects, ensuring that all

aspects are seamlessly integrated and operational.

• Coordinate across departments (e.g., Procurement, IT, Infosec) to ensure readiness and

effective program delivery.

• Manage program lifecycle from planning through delivery, ensuring programs meet quality

standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets, addressing any deviations from the initial plan.

Strategic Alignment and Resource Allocation

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with program

objectives and optimal use of resources.

Operational Coordination and Support

• Address and resolve urgent program-related issues and priorities.

• Manage foundational activities such as capability assessments, key events, and other

related program support tasks.

Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements and

value creation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Regularly communicate program status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

• Serve as a thought leader in program management best practices and strategic program

delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Program Management, Business

Administration, or a related field).

- Professional Experience:

o 2-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis.

▪ Experience in different agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) is a plus.

- Proven track record in managing multiple programs across different topics

simultaneously.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in program delivery and stakeholder

management.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
