Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to extract insights that drive strategic decisions in both clinical and operational contexts
• Develop visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau, emphasizing key healthcare metrics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to address data needs and facilitate AI-driven initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience working in data analysis within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools used in healthcare analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare metrics and performance indicators
• Experience in SQL for data querying specific to healthcare datasets
• Knowledge of statistical methods applicable to healthcare data analysis
• Proven ability to translate healthcare data insights into actionable recommendations for clinical and operational improvements
