Job Description

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Experience with Apache Camel
• Experience with Akka or other reactive toolkits
• Experience with Akka HTTP, Projections, Alpakka Kafka and Cluster Sharding
• Knowledge of Lightbend Console
• Java or Scala development background
• Experience with functional programming
• Experience with Akka Actors and Streams
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and related frameworks
• Experience with Cloud-native development (especially in Pivotal Cloud Foundry and/or Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, and Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Solid understanding of Kafka for event-driven architecture
• Proficient in GIT for version control
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be highly motivated, proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and priorities.
