Role Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives across Singapore.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment practices.
- Enhance employer branding and visibility to attract candidates.
- Establish relationships with universities and professional networks.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
- Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in hiring processes.
- Train and mentor recruitment team members to ensure best practices.
- Assess and improve recruitment metrics for better performance.
- Facilitate and conduct interviews while evaluating candidate suitability.
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively.
- Compile reports for management on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive recruitment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven networking abilities to engage with potential candidates.
- Expertise in modern interview techniques and selection methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies and practices.
- Ability to mentor and coach others in recruitment best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation skills in managing job offers.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Passion for building long-term relationships with candidates.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
