We are looking for an Information Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and lead key initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring compliance, investigating security breaches, and shaping the overall security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance efforts, ensuring all controls and processes are implemented, maintained, and updated.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy, aligned with business objectives and emerging threats.
• Plan and oversee the rollout of security policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed across the organization.
• Investigate and respond to security breaches, conducting in-depth investigations and working with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Perform regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and lead efforts to remediate them.
• Stay current on new threats and technologies, adjusting security strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated with business operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in security breach investigations, including post-incident analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of security strategy planning and rolling out security programs.
• Familiarity with security tools, incident management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mitigating security risks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
