About The Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in data quality checks and management related to Trade Reporting
• Contribute to documenting processes and procedures related to Product Accounting and Trade Reporting
• Collaborate with team members on process re-design/simplification
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in technology and data skills, including expertise in generative AI tools, bots, Copilot, and data visualization
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Relevant academic background in Banking and Accounting or Information Technology related fields
