Job Title: Data Scientist (Machine Learning & LLM Specialist)

Location: Amsterdam

My Client within the Software Development space, focusing on conversational AI are in search of a Data Scientist with experience in Machine learning and Large Language Models to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms, particularly focusing on LLMs.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and data quality.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance using metrics and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, with a focus on LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
