About the Role:
We’re looking for a mid-level UX Designer to join our collaborative product team and help shape the user experience for groundbreaking digital health tools. You’ll contribute to the design of next-gen health experiences that combine usability, accessibility, and innovation. This is an opportunity to impact lives while working at the intersection of design, healthcare, and advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concept to high-fidelity UI, for mobile and wearable platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, researchers, engineers, and program managers to create meaningful and intuitive experiences
- Develop wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design intent effectively
- Iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, and team feedback
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex interaction problems in a clear, accessible, and visually engaging way
- Document and present your design thinking and deliverables to stakeholders and team members
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile, web, or wearable product work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, or similar
- Experience translating complex health or tech concepts into simple, engaging interfaces
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for the user and explain design decisions clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Bonus: Experience with motion design or animation
