Job Title: MLR Project Manager

Location: Onsite (In-Office)

Duration: 12 Months (1-Year Initially)

Pay: $50-$54/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an MLR Project Manager to join the GSM team. This role is responsible for the daily coordination and trafficking of global marketing materials through the MLR (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory) review process. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and project coordination skills and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the GSM Operations team, global marketing managers, and MLR review teams.
• Coordinate and traffic marketing materials daily in partnership with the Operations Specialist.
• Prioritize, track, and escalate global marketing assets through the MLR lifecycle as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates on project/task status.
• Maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Occasionally interact with senior leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and manage projects and marketing materials.
• Highly detail-oriented with proven coordination experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with medical, legal, regulatory (MLR), and quality teams.
• Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance).
• Familiarity with taxonomy and metadata standards, with experience developing or adhering to them.
  
  

Daily Duties:

• Coordinate daily trafficking of marketing materials with the Operations Specialist.
• Collaborate closely with GSM Operations, global marketing managers, and MLR review teams.
• Ensure smooth movement of assets through the MLR process.
• Report on task and project statuses with minimal risk.
• Minimal but occasional interaction with senior leadership.
