About The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll be a key contributor in driving data-informed decisions across multiple departments. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to interpret performance trends, streamline reporting, and identify areas for growth and improvement. Your analytical work will directly impact the way we operate and serve our members.

What You'll Do

• Insight Generation & Strategic Guidance: Analyze member behavior, operational performance, and financial data to detect patterns and deliver insights that shape business direction. Support leadership with customized data reports and real-time recommendations.
• Streamlining Through Automation: Build and automate data reports to support departments like Lending, Marketing, and Risk Management. Focus on improving workflow efficiency and maintaining data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborative Solutions Development Engage with key stakeholders to define problems, gather requirements, and develop data-centric solutions that enhance performance and align with strategic goals.
• Advanced Analytics & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Oracle, CRM/BI, and Crystal Reports. Help leadership visualize KPIs and measure success effectively.
• Technical Expertise & Team Enablement: Use tools such as SQL Developer and Monarch Data Prep Studio to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. Assist internal users in understanding dashboards and encourage a data-literate culture across the organization.
• Predictive Analysis & Forecasting: Contribute to forecasting models and data projections to support business planning and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience: 4-6 years in a data analyst role, preferably in financial services or credit unions.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in SQL Developer and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Monarch Data Prep Studio (preferred).
• Familiarity with Oracle database systems (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with Fiserv DNA and CRM/BI required.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL workflows.
