Lead Generation Specialist

With 100+ clients and 450+ team members, we're growing fast and we need someone who's just as fast when it comes to identifying new opportunities.

As our new Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be working closely with our Enterprise Account Executive to fill the pipeline with companies ready to make magic with data.

What You'll Do:

• Build high-quality lead lists using tools like Crunchbase, Lemlist, and more
• Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers
• Run sharp, tailored outreach campaigns
• Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Enterprise Account Executive
• Test and optimize messaging strategies with your manager
• Track your results and share feedback to improve our approach
  
  

What We'd Love to See:

• 1-2 years of experience in Lead Gen / SDR / BDR roles in B2B tech sales
• Proven track record of setting up qualified discovery or into calls
• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Confident using LinkedIn, sales tools, and CRM systems
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose
• Know how to research, personalize, and get replies
• Experience in or genuine interest in AI and innovation
