Requirements

• Proven track record in talent development with 3+ years of experience (preferably — training, facilitation);
• Understanding of adult learning theories and models;
• Good knowledge of external training providers in various technology stacks;
• Experience with HRMS, LMS, MS Teams, Miro, AI-powered apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English (at least Upper-intermediate) and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Manage company learning platform, monitoring the training process, and involving subject matter experts in the various company activities;
• Conduct pre-training assessment and post-training evaluation of training sessions, running focus groups, gathering training requirements and feedback;
• Design and facilitate workshops, webinars, live tutorials, and coding sessions;
• Assist in the design of professional onboarding programs and e-learning;
• Maintain training calendar and knowledge base;
• Support training sessions (promotion, delivery, learning analytics, etc.);
• Coordinate corporate English Classes.
