Job Description

We are looking for a Security Operation Manager to strengthen our organization’s cybersecurity defenses by executing and enhancing security operations. This role is dedicated to Miratech’s internal projects, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment alongside talented professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate on internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and providing detailed security reports based on collected and analyzed data.
  • Develop, review, and maintain security policies, procedures, and control frameworks, while assessing customer security requirements.
  • Work with IT and Cyber security processes, risk assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Test, audit, monitor, and improve information security across Miratech’s internal systems (back office and engineering) as well as supplier and provider security (supply chain).
  • Lead internal security projects and digital transformation initiatives, including AI implementation and cybersecurity improvements.
  • Enhance security awareness by developing training materials and conducting security programs for employees.
  • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in security operations, management, or analytical roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices, networking, security protocols, authentication, and authorization.
  • Knowledge of IT/Cybersecurity risks and security solutions (SIEM, IAM, SOAR, EDR, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST CSF.
  • Experience and knowledge of Security in Cloud.
  • Security-related degree and/or certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
  • Intermediate English proficiency
