Urgent requirement of Mobile Functional Test Lead - Perm/ Contract - Melbourne

Requirements

  • Must have a strong background in mobile application testing, with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms
  • Must lead testing efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must have expertise in testing activities for both Android and iOS applications
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of mobile applications
  • Should Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage
  • Should mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile testing
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Test Lead or similar role, with a focus on both Android and iOS platforms
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development and testing processes
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, etc
  • Should have basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Should have experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C
  • Should have Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, Lamda Test

Duration: Permanent / 6 Months and possible extension
