Our client is a leading global independent beverage solutions provider undergoing a major business and technology transformation. They are seeking a flexible Transformation Project Manager with deep experience in manufacturing environments and a experienced delivering SAP S/4HANA projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of operations and technology, and who can lead strategic programs that deliver measurable, enterprise-wide value.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project outcomes, and playing a central part in advancing enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

The Role

In this role, you will lead transformation programs focused on modernising manufacturing operations through SAP S/4HANA and related digital initiatives. You'll drive end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

This position plays a critical leadership role in aligning operational objectives with IT strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between business units, external vendors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, resource plans, and integrated schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and external partners.
• Oversee vendor engagement, solution delivery, and technical integrations.
• Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines, driving mitigation and corrective actions as needed.
• Support change management, training, and business readiness to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Deliver project updates, reports, and executive briefings to key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You're a transformation-focused project manager with strong manufacturing and ERP experience. You have a structured, analytical approach to problem solving, and you thrive in complex, busy environments. You're comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels-from factory floor to C-suite.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in transformation or ERP initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations (especially across manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or production planning).
• Strong background working in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
• Deep understanding of business process change, systems integration, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) and Office Suite.
• Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Able to manage project budgets, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, or FICO.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and post-go-live support strategies.
