Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 About The Role

As a Data Visualization Intern, you will be part of our Engineering team within the “Deliverables” squad.

Data Visualization Interns at Greenly work both on the implementation of features and the definition of specs, making this is a high-growth role that will allow you to progress technically while developing your product sense.

The team’s goal is to display a detailed carbon footprint breakdown for our clients, providing valuable insights to help them understand their emissions and develop effective climate strategies for reduction.

Additionally, the team is focused on building automated reporting capabilities. As a reporting company, we deliver strong value by assisting customers with reports creation, and the most effective support we can offer is to automate this process: building the reports for them.

🌱 Skills and traits necessary to succeed for either role :

• 🔧 Are enrolled in Engineering Diploma: you are graduating from Engineering School/ University that has allowed you build a solid theoretical background and you are looking forward to apply these skills to solve real problems.
• 🚀 Have an interest in fast-growth : You are a quick learner and love agility. You want to learn new skills and you are not afraid of going outside your comfort zone.
• 👫 Have a team Player mindset: You want to contribute to a team and make it succeed. You are looking for a friendly and fun place to work in.
• 🧩 ...and a problem-Solving Mindset: You have a strong ability to think critically and creatively, providing effective solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• 🦾 Appreciate ownership: You enjoy taking responsibility for your work and have great ambitions.
• 💻 Have solid software development skills You are familiar with Python and SQL. JavaScript / TypeScript are a plus.
• 🧱 Feel eager to dive into best tools to solve your issues You are interested into learning how to use low code tools such as Retool, Make, Luzmo.
• 💬 Language skills - fluency in english and french is highly appreciated. The duration of this internship is of 6 months. Availability of less than 6 months will result in an impossibility for us to accept an application.
