POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the redesign of our Treasury Management System’s web interface. The current system offers a complex user experience, and we aim to simplify the user experience, modernize the interface to align with contemporary design standards, and shift from functional, siloed views to a holistic, user-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design for web-based enterprise applications, with a focus on simplifying complex workflows and delivering intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the redesign of our Treasury Management System’s web interface. The current system offers a complex user experience, and we aim to simplify the user experience, modernize the interface to align with contemporary design standards, and shift from functional, siloed views to a holistic, user-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design for web-based enterprise applications, with a focus on simplifying complex workflows and delivering intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of treasury management system users (e.g., treasury analysts, finance managers). UX Redesign: Simplify and streamline the user experience by rethinking navigation, workflows, and information architecture to create an intuitive and efficient interface. Holistic Approach: Transition the interface from fragmented, functional views to a cohesive, holistic view that provides users with a comprehensive understanding of treasury operations. UI Modernization: Design a modern, visually appealing user interface that adheres to current design trends and standards, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives. Design System Development: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the application, including typography, color schemes, components, and interaction patterns. Usability Testing: Conduct iterative usability testing to validate design decisions and refine the user experience based on feedback. Accessibility Compliance: Ensure the interface meets accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web-based enterprise applications or financial systems. Proven track record of simplifying complex workflows and modernizing interfaces. Experience designing for holistic, data-driven interfaces is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered design mindset. Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Experience with treasury management systems, financial software, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
