As a Generative AI Engineer, your role will be to build next-generation AI features that transform digital marketing and analytics. This role combines AI engineering with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and data-driven environment.

  Research & Experimentation: Research state-of-the-art ML and agent frameworks with the goal of designing and building effective multi-agent solutions.

  End-to-End Development: Turn prototypes into production-ready microservices and modular components. Architect scalable and robust AI features that integrate with digital marketing and analytics solutions.

  Deployment & Infrastructure: Use Vertex AI to build, train, and deploy machine learning models efficiently in a cloud-native environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from Cloud, Ad Technology, and Digital Analytics. Support the integration of AI-driven use cases such as intelligent chatbots, personalized recommendations, content generation, and multimodal interfaces.

  Knowledge Transfer & Enablement: Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Conduct workshops and create documentation to enable teams across the business.

  
  

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, backend development, or related fields


• Proven track record of developing and deploying LLM-based systems: multi-turn dialogues, tool usage, and RAG pipelines


• Hands-on with Agent Development Kit, LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks for agent-driven applications


• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)


• Deep understanding of MLOps/LLMOps: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and concept drift detection


• Solid knowledge of data engineering: ETL processes, cloud-based and vector databases


• Excellent communication skills in English (German a strong plus)


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
