About the Company:

Our client is a premium brand located on Dublin’s iconic Grafton Street, blending contemporary design with rich heritage. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and customer experience, they are now looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join their team.

The Role:

This full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) reports directly to the Senior Management Team. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of people operations, driving HR best practices while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the store teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
• Provide trusted HR support to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and care.
• Implement HR policies to sustain a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and internal standards.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting brand values at all levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' HR management experience (retail, luxury, or fashion highly desirable).
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, training, and operational HR.
• Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships and support business growth.
• A degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD qualification an advantage).
• Passion for fashion, service excellence, and team culture.
