Internship [Design or Tech]

DESIGN As a Design Intern (Innovation PX Intern), you will support multidisciplinary teams in delivering **human-centred, ethical, and emotionally resonant design outcomes. You’ll contribute to people-research efforts, co-design sessions, and help document insights that shape digital products and services across brands. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sprints by shadowing PX researchers and designers.


• Assist in the creation of user journey maps and storyboard scenarios.


• Document insights from interviews and usability tests.


• Contribute to the design critique process by preparing annotated visuals.


• Support sprint reviews and retrospectives by taking structured notes.


• Collaborate with engineers and strategists to understand the full lifecycle of product delivery.

  TECH Purpose & Scope The Tech Intern role focuses on supporting product delivery with a **technology-enabled, people-first lens. You’ll gain exposure to modern engineering workflows, participate in release activities, and assist with QA and code reviews in cross-functional product teams. Key Responsibilities


• Contribute to simple feature stories under the guidance of a developer.


• Shadow and assist in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.


• Learn to navigate the group’s Git repositories and deployment workflows.


• Help write automated tests and resolve bugs in staging environments.
