What You Will Do:
As a Talent & Performance Trainee, you will join the People & Culture team, reporting to the Talent & Career Manager. You will contribute to shaping talent development and career growth strategies, enhancing people’s experiences both locally and internationally within Sisal.

What You Will Do:
As a Talent & Performance Trainee, you will join the People & Culture team, reporting to the Talent & Career Manager. You will contribute to shaping talent development and career growth strategies, enhancing people’s experiences both locally and internationally within Sisal.
You will have the opportunity to support the following areas:
Talent & Career Management:
- Support talent development initiatives, focusing on internal mobility and growth programs.
- Assist managers and HRBPs in implementing talent management projects aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor individual development plans to ensure professional growth in line with corporate strategies.
- Support the performance management process, collaborating with stakeholders across teams and countries.
- Prepare materials to support employees, managers, and HR teams in managing performance.
- Help ensure alignment between performance management processes and the Workday system.
- Assist in analyzing performance, talent, training, and career data contributing to create a talent dashboard.
- Support data interpretation to drive strategic improvements.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in talent development and performance management topics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative environment.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and/or HRIS systems (experience with Workday or BI tools is a plus).
- International mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Work Psychology, or Business Management.
- A Master's degree or certifications in Talent Development, Coaching, or Performance Management are an advantage.
