Data Analyst Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and curious Data Analyst Intern to join our Operations team and help us build and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools across our logistics and supply chain operations. You’ll work closely with regional leaders in Commercial, Sales and Logistics to support visibility, identify inefficiencies, and enable data-driven decisions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and automation of operational reports and KPIs across countries
• Analyze logistics performance data (e.g., transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment)
• Create dashboards (Power BI or Excel-based) that provide actionable insights for the operations team
• Partner with supply chain, planning, and logistics stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support ad hoc analysis and deep dives into operational bottlenecks or cost drivers
• Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve data accuracy
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Solid skills in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
• Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools will help a lot
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
