Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner – IT / Insurance:

• Define and manage the product vision and strategy in line with business objectives and insurance industry needs.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on regulatory, business, and customer requirements.
• Serve as the key interface between insurance business teams and IT delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital insurance services and customer experience.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead training and change management efforts to support the adoption of new tools and processes within insurance operations.

How do we imagine our future Product Owner – IT / Insurance?

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst, ideally in insurance-related IT environments.
• Strong expertise in the insurance domain, particularly Health and Life & Savings, including Employee Benefits.
• Experience with insurance IT systems, such as policy admin, claims, underwriting, and customer portals.
• Solid grasp of customer journey mapping, process optimization, and digital transformation in insurance.
• Proven track record in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical constraints and business value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external service providers.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
