The opportunity

Core Banking Product Owner with deep expertise in Temenos T24 to lead the design and delivery of core banking processes and solutions. Drive business requirement engineering, process design, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines and architectural standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of core banking processes and business requirements in alignment with Transact capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to agreed design timelines, delivery structures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and manage requirement triaging with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define business processes, test scenarios, and solution approaches.
• Support the development of functional specifications and contribute to technical solutioning.
• Contribute to the solution design and requirement gathering phases for both core and satellite systems.
• Support system configuration, functional validation, and integration of applications.
• Provide oversight and guidance on test execution, automation strategies, and quality assurance.
• Ensure architectural compliance and alignment with enterprise design principles.
  
  

Skills and attributes for success:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 modules (Securities, Derivatives, Arrangement Architecture, Payments etc.,)
• Experience in business process modeling, functional specification writing, and solution design.
• Familiarity with system integration, configuration, and validation practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
