Position : Automation Engineer/ Devops Ansible Engineer
Activity rate : 100%
Location : Geneva
Remote : 2 days per week
About the Role
The automation engineer participates in the development of automation platform,including software configuration, process definition and provide knowledge transfer and support to the project/maintenance teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enhancements to the automation platform.
- Contribute to keepingall related documentation accurate and up to date.
- Provide training and support to internal teamsto help them achieve operational autonomy.
- Collaborate with specialized platformteams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Analyze and understand the current technicallandscape, including systems,processes, and tools.
- Review and interpretthe product backlogand project requirements to guide development activities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and architecture.
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills for effective participation in workshopswith domain expertsand collaboration with colleagues.
Your Profile
Experience in Tools
- Strong experience with Jenkins administration
- Good knowledge on Ansible, Rundeck,Git/GitLab, Artifactory. Puppet knowledge is a plus.
- Good understanding of hosting and network technologies.
- Good understanding of Active Directory/ LDAP based solutions.
- Jira, confluence.
Technical competences and skills
- Extensive experience with infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Experience in Operating Systemadministration, on both Windows Serversand RHEL.
- Datacenter experience, with both virtualand bare metal nodes.
