UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create impactful user experiences.
• Conduct and analyze user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights, ensuring user needs are well understood and communicated across the team
• Craft intuitive user flows, interfaces, and prototypes, taking into consideration all facets of the user experience.
• Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant design solutions around customer needs, incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system with high-quality guidelines and best practices.
  
  
  

What you bring & who you are:

• College degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, OR equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years experience working in UX/UI, product or service design for complex commercial applications.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience working with complex design problems, creating and documenting precise and elegant UX solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A strong portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and critical thinking—especially within complex ecosystems
• We are looking for a team player with an open mind for learning and a positive personality.
