Data Scientist Tester & Support Engineer

We are looking for a Data Scientist Tester & Support Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining strong analytical skills, software testing, and technical support. You’ll work closely with our engineering, and product teams to ensure our AI/ML models and data pipelines are robust, accurate, and well-supported for end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Python and popular data science libraries
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying
• Experience with testing frameworks and version control (Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience in ML model monitoring and testing (e.g., drift detection, performance validation)
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Datadog, or MLflow
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Prior support experience or client-facing roles
