As our Planner, you will ensure accurate management of the project data in the Clarity Enterprise tool by following department standards for planning activities across the European World Area. The project Planner crafts and sets up new projects in the system, and customizes project data during the specific phases, updating all details and estimating the completion upon request. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Create and set-up of new projects in Clarity Enterprise system
• Customizes Clarity project data as per details coming from sales phases (through EET system)
• Update Task ID; Task activity code; Resource Name and estimate to complete upon requests
• Transfers the Project Schedule created by the PM in Open Workbench or MS Project
• Set-up initial Project Schedule in Workbench or MS Project from EET and Project Template
• Updates and maintains the accuracy of the Clarity project data monthly
• Baseline and Re-baseline of the project
• Allocate resources to the right projects and tasks according to Project Manager and/or Resource Manager requests
• Adjusts resources timesheets according to PM and/or RM requests
• Close projects in Clarity
• Export schedule Open Workbench to MSP Using Converter
• Update Finish dates of fix duration tasks
• Generate standard reports (estimate to complete progress report from Clarity, Jaspersoft)
• Initiates Clarity Toolbox (FFT, PMMT, COMT)
• Maintains Resource Calendars accurate in Clarity per each location
• Give input into and maintain Customer Satisfaction Survey process
• Maintain location specific tools or reports upon request
• Supports the S&OP process
• Create Quotation Projects (pursuits)
• Maintain Quotation Projects

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 1-2 years of relevant business administration experience
• Advanced verbal and written English and other Western European languages preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills / ability to work in a team and collaborate
• Highly motivated and very well organized / Working experience within remote teams beneficial
• Good level in MS Office (specially MS Project, MS Excel), Internet
