Role Overview:
The People Consultant will be involved in employee relations and ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws, including the The role prioritises creating a positive work environment, managing sensitive HR matters, and ensuring smooth transitions during reorganisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Including legal complaince, disciplinary actions and collaborating with legal advisors on senstivate cases.
- Reorganisation & Change Management: Involvement with restructuing efforts and alignment with business goals/legal standards. Supporting stakeholders through organisation changes ensuring smooth transitions.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies for employee relations and legal compliance, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 4+ years HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws.
- Proven track record in handling complex employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Expertise in Dutch labour laws, ideally in "Wet verbetering poortwachter."
- Ability in handling sensitive HR issues in English.
This position requires candidates to be based in the Netherlands, offering a Hybrid working model.
