The Role

We’re not just looking for someone who finds bugs.

We’re looking for someone who prevents them—someone who designs smart test processes, collaborates closely with developers, and thinks like both a user and an engineer.

This role isn’t about ticking boxes.

It’s about building trust—by making sure the systems we build actually work, in real-world conditions, for real people.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to fully understand product requirements
• Design comprehensive, structured, and detailed test plans and test cases
• Execute both manual and automated tests, track bugs, and manage defect resolution
• Collaborate in Scrum sprint planning to define and refine acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure quality through functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
• Use Jira and other tools to document, track, and report bugs and testing progress
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or software testing roles
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD environments
• Experience testing web, mobile, and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear, effective communication skills—both written and spoken
• Advanced level of English (C1+ proficiency)
• Knowledge of Dutch or German is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a passion for quality
