About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through writing unit tests, integration tests, and following best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the deployment of applications and monitor their performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tools and libraries like Redux, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
