Lead Complex Delivery Projects in Marine, Offshore & Wind (MOW) Lighting

Are you motivated by complex technical projects, global collaboration, and delivering solutions that matter? At Glamox, we don’t just provide lighting. We deliver reliable, intelligent systems that support safety and performance in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our MOW (Marine, Offshore & Wind) Solutions team. You will play a key role in planning and delivering large-scale lighting projects, ranging from offshore substations to advanced marine vessels, and you will work closely with engineering, production, and international customers.

As a Project Manager at Glamox, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of lighting projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and provide strategic guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with Glamox’s business objectives.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, clear priorities, and real technical substance, and who thrives in an international environment where collaboration and cultural awareness are key.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedule and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Lead the execution of lighting system projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production and sales
  • Maintain close dialogue with clients, suppliers and partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive action to ensure high quality outcomes
  • Drive documentation processes and ensure compliance with industry and contract standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver and manage complex system projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably from marine, offshore, wind, energy or construction sectors
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value technical projects
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes and ability to follow technical discussions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Projektron, Jira)
  • Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage

Personal Attributes

  • Structured and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to planning and problem-solving
  • Strong communicator who builds trust across technical and cultural contexts
  • Solution-oriented and calm under pressure, with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working with complexity and managing large-scale system deliveries
  • Collaborative and inclusive, with a natural ability to coordinate across teams and functions

Why join Glamox?

  • Be part of a strong and growing project organization with global impact
  • Lead delivery of critical systems to large-scale offshore wind and marine projects
  • Collaborate with passionate colleagues across engineering, R&D, sales and production
  • Work in a company with a clear sustainability mission and international reach

At Glamox, we create light for a better life – and systems that deliver when it matters most. Want to be part of the journey?
