Role 1- Gameplay Software Engineer (C#)


Responsibilities:

  • Create NPC tools to demonstrate NPC behaviors in Open Worlds.
  • Create both simple and complex examples that can be used both for creator samples and for AI training.


Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years game development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#
  • Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible – able to adapt plans and react to change in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • A habit of writing super-clean, encapsulated, testable, and well documented code.
  • Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering.


Role 2 - Gameplay Software Engineer (TypeScript)


Responsibilities:

  • Create sample TypeScript code to demonstrate NPC behaviors in Open Worlds

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years game development experience.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible – able to adapt plans and react to change in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Role 3 - Gameplay Software Engineer (C++)

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years game development experience.
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible – able to adapt plans and react to change in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • A habit of writing super-clean, encapsulated, testable, and well documented code.
  • Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering.


Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

  • Game Development
  • 3D Modeling
  • 3D Math
  • Expertise in either of C# or C++ or TypeScript


Good to have skills:

  • Past Experience in Game development role.
  • Animation Tooling.
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or NavMesh systems.
  • Familiarity with AI navigation, Recast/Detour, or game AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in 3D animation tools such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
