Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a specialized module designed to streamline HR and Talent Management processes. This module enables employees to set, track, and enhance their objectives while offering administrative tools for managing skills and job descriptions – all to create a unified, seamless user experience.

Responsibilities


  • Develop new features aligned with project goals
  • Maintain and support existing functionality while optimizing performance
  • Make key technical decisions and propose innovative solutions
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
  • Participate in feature estimations, refinements, and clarifications with stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with team members, including developers, BAs, and designers


Requirements


  • Proficiency in JavaScript with 4+ years of production experience
  • Expertise in React, React Query, React Router, React Hook Form, and React Web Component
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS with experience building responsive and scalable user interfaces
  • Understanding of Module Federation and its application in micro-frontend architectures
  • Showcase of high maturity to own modules/components and work independently with accountability
  • Ability to analyze and implement complex requirements with proactive communication when collaborating with the BA team
  • Competency in developing high-quality, production-ready code with monthly release cycles
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtimes, typically ranging up to 2-3 days per month
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level


Nice to have


  • Familiarity and experience with Next.js
  • Experience working on centralized enterprise apps or HR/Talent Management platforms
