Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager to join one of two high-impact domains within our eCommerce division:

Checkout & Merchant Experience: Own merchant-facing experiences including hosted payment pages, SDKs, onboarding journeys, and the self-service portal.

Gateway & Acquiring: Own platform-level capabilities such as routing, authentication, scheme compliance, tokenisation, and acquirer integrations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, operations, and compliance to ship products that scale across Europe and globally. You’ll be part of a restructured team designed around merchant value and platform readiness.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from intake through go-to-market within your domain.
• Define and prioritise product features using a structured gate process (ideation → design → dev → launch).
• Partner with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant and scalable services.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure product viability and audit-readiness.
• Represent merchant needs through interviews, commercial feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Define success metrics and dashboards to track adoption and performance.
• Contribute to segment strategy: enterprise hospitality, QSR, retail, travel, parking.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (e.g. acquiring, auth flows, 3DS, tokenisation) or checkout best practices (e.g. conversion UX, hosted fields, onboarding tools).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery model.
• Data-informed and outcome-driven mindset.
• Clear communicator with experience aligning technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience working with acquirers, schemes (Visa/MC), or merchant onboarding platforms.
