Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Description

  • Working with experienced, mostly based in Poland teams, developing an integration platform for Dynatrace
  • Effectively build teams and hire new talents
  • Setting up goals for leaders
  • Provides leadership via mentoring engineers,
  • Handling through the team complex technology issues
  • Supporting you team members with trainings planning, performance evaluation and career progression.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Cloud Native environment
  • Knowledge of at least one of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with one of programming languages like Java, C++ or Python
  • Some experience in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications is a plus.

Compensation:

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
  • Salary: 20k - 35k PLN gross per month
  • Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
