Finance Business Partner

ACCPRO have partnered with a national body to recruit for a Finance Business Partner. This is a minimum 6-month contract with salary c. €75-85k DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive business performance, helping to ensure high-quality financial decisions are made
• Provide objective challenge regarding spend plans
• Conduct cost variance analysis
• Identify and drive financial efficiency
• Collaborate with the various departments and procurement to monitor cost drivers
• Responsible for leading the monthly Financial Planning & Reporting processes providing necessary cost documentation and reconciliations.
• Lead the forecast and budget process for areas of responsibility

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• 3 – 5 years PQE in a finance role
• Strong systems skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of SUN accounting package would be preferable but not essential.
• Strong communicator with the ability to act as a liaison between Finance and the business.
• Advanced financial modelling, numerical and analysis skills.
• Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams.
