A global insurance company is seeking a Lead Cloud Solution Architect (AWS) to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with a strong background in cloud strategy, governance, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide AWS architectural guidance to internal teams and global customers
• Drive cloud adoption and transformation roadmaps
• Deliver automation using Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, and APIs
• Align with cloud roadmaps and define key KPIs
• Manage backlogs using JIRA/Azure DevOps
• Engage stakeholders and map business needs to cloud solutions
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and support system improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to a technology radar
• Ensure security compliance and contribute to incident handling

Requirements:

• 5 years + experience in cloud architecture
• Expertise in AWS (Azure is a plus), DevOps, Python, and Terraform
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English
