Boeing is seeking an Intern to join the Human Resources team based in Doha, Qatar. This summer internship will provide the opportunity to work across the regional HR agenda in key areas such as talent acquisition and onboarding, management of human capital, talent development, compensation and benefits, inclusion and employee experience.

This position does not offer relocation benefits. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
This requisition is for a position based in Qatar. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Qatar. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

Responsibilities include:
- Support the HR team to develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
- In alignment with the HR Centres of Excellence, support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. relocation support, benefits administration) and processes.
- Lead on certain HR projects in alignment with regional priorities.
- Meet with business leaders and address questions and feedback, in partnership with the regional and global HR team.
- Analyze HR data & metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Help facilitate responses to HR inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.
- Passion for aerospace and Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with data visualization software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in a team.
- Customer orientated and agile.
- A high degree of cultural sensitivity, ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams.
