We’re helping one of our incredible OIF-backed portfolio companies find a CTO / Head of Technology & Product leader to help shape the next phase of their growth journey.

They’re a mission-driven B2B SaaS company solving real-world problems for large enterprises - currently scaling across ANZ, with international expansion on the radar.

You’ll work directly with the founder, lead a small but mighty team of engineers and product thinkers, and play a hands-on role in translating business and customer needs into simple, scalable solutions. This is a strategic exec seat with the autonomy to influence tech, product and delivery direction.

You might be a fit if:

• You’re an experienced CTO / Head of Technology & Product or similar, with a few years' experience in technical leadership roles
• You have a good working knowledge of TypeScript and AWS
• You’ve built and scaled lean high-performing teams in a startup or scale-up
• You’re great at balancing speed, scope and simplicity
• You have a background in software development (hands-on experience)
• You love solving meaningful problems that impact real people

Bonus points if you’ve worked in payments, financial services or B2B SaaS tech companies - but we’re open to brilliant minds from all backgrounds.
