We are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager / Project Manager to manage a suite of digital retainer clients, including managing all website and eCommerce projects for the agency. This is very much a hybrid role sitting between website project management and account management. You will be the go-to for all web projects and play a pivotal role in the growth of our website development division.

You must have experience in a digital or web agency and have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing end-to-end WordPress and WooCommerce website builds. Experience updating websites and basic HTML and CSS skills are highly regarded.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in digital/web project management within a digital agency environment
• Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce (Elementor), and Shopify.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end website projects, from concept to launch.
• Basic HTML & CSS skills (ability to update websites is a plus)
• Ability to sketch out wireframes, create sitemaps and develop user journeys
• Strong digital marketing experience as an account manager managing digital marketing clients under retainer
• You have a very good understanding of Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with strong commercial awareness.
• You love being fully integrated into your client’s business, with direct responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day client campaign management.

The Senior Digital Account Manager plays a critical role in the agency, responsible for managing a suite of key retainer clients, as well as serving as our go-to for website build project management to ensure excellent results from cross-functional teams.

You will be a part of a fabulous team of digital specialists, account managers, copywriters, designers, and web developers who love what they do.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end website project delivery (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, eCommerce, corporate sites)
• Define project scope, requirements, and milestones in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Conduct website audits to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Develop wireframes, user journeys and site maps based on UX/UI best practices.
• Manage workflows for designers, developers, and content teams using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, etc
• Responsible for managing all project deliverables related to your key accounts, and your cross-functional teams
• Planning and overseeing the implementation of all digital marketing communications, including SEO/SEM, sponsored/paid search, email, and social media.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs, questions, and concerns.
• Conducting fortnightly and monthly work-in-progress meetings with clients to keep them informed.
