We’re not building another SaaS tool.

We’re building the intelligent backbone for secure, explainable, and policy-aware AI decision systems—used in environments where failure isn’t an option.

Backed by a founder-led studio (Sergiwa Capital), we are launching a stealth venture and hiring a technical co-founder (CTO-track) to join as Founding Engineer / Entrepreneur-in-Residence. You’ll co-own and build an AI-native platform for complex, mission-critical workflows—starting from a scoped foundation and shaping its execution to scale.

This is not an open-ended ideation role. The core use case, data layer, and thesis are in place—including proprietary synthetic data models. You’ll lead the 0→1 technical build and guide the venture to MVP readiness and beyond.

• Architect modular, auditable systems from scratch
• Design and integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic flows, policy enforcement, and traceability
• Lead across frontend/backend/data orchestration
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Strategy to turn user research into deployable flows
• Build engineering culture and standards from day one
• Prepare the platform for secure enterprise deployment

• 7+ years in full-stack or backend-focused engineering
• Strong systems design in secure or regulated environments
• AI-native: understands agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop, explainability
• Architect mindset, but a fast-moving builder
• Bonus: experience in govtech, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or compliance-heavy platforms
• Bonus: open to relocating to a European capital (Tallinn, Berlin, Prague, etc.)

• Postgres, Redis, LangChain, RAG, vector search, policy engines, synthetic data

• CTO-track → Become technical co-founder upon spinout
• Full upside with industry leading equity-heavy compensation and reasonable stipend, as needed.

• Visionary founding team with proven operator and UX experience
• Proprietary synthetic data models already built to train our AI systems
• 1-2 full-time software and AI engineers provided to support build out.
• Market validated and de-risked: scoped use cases, competitive analysis, market sizing, financial models, and user experience research and design completed
• Fully covered sprint to MVP → then scale together
