We build cloud-native solutions using Databricks and AWS and operate in full DevOps mode with agile ways of working. You’ll get hands-on experience with state-of-the-art cloud technologies in a global, multicultural work environment.

We thrive in a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and courage, and we want to work with people who do too.

To succeed in this role, the following experience will be key:

  • M.Sc. or PhD in mathematics, engineering, operations research, data science, computer science—or a related field—with a strong academic foundation in mathematical optimization (e.g. linear programming).
  • Proven experience successfully solving complex optimization and data science problems in a business context (6+ years preferred).
  • Experience industrializing and operating optimization solutions within large organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges effectively.
  • Preferably relevant cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
  • Passion for agile development and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and draw.io.
  • Familiarity with AI/MLOps concepts.
  • Built-in cybersecurity awareness and understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a global, multicultural team and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong self-organization, accountability, and proactive mindset; open to feedback, resilient, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
