What You'll Do

As our Employee Onboarding Specialist, you will be taking ownership by:

• Making sure new employees have all the tools they need to get things done on their first day 💻
• Ensuring that contracts and visas are processed in a timely manner 📄
• Being the point of contact to support new hires during their first month at bunq 🌈
• Basic knowledge of how to handle contracts and visas
• Customer care attitude
• An aptitude for structured planning of onboarding events and tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 🗣️
• Excellent communication skills in English🇬🇧
