Incident Manager

Your day-to-day:

• Drive Improvements. You will lead and coordinate the improvements of the Incident Management framework
• Strengthen Communication. You will lead communication efforts with our customers and customer-facing teams, while also collaborating with internal tech departments to drive improvements in Incident Response
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights. You will work closely with the data team to enhance incident analytics, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements based on data-driven findings
• Boost Visibility. You will increase the visibility and timeliness of incident reporting, and take ownership of decisions regarding data disclosure and stakeholder updates
• Ensure Accountability. You will ensure the company and technical teams consistently meet SLAs, uptime commitments, and other key performance indicators
  
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience in an incident management related-role
• Prior experience in developing incident response frameworks within organizations
• Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting
• Effective stakeholder management with alignment across teams and business objectives
• Ability to operate from a position with limited technological knowledge and familiarity with related processes, or a readiness to acquire such knowledge

• Understanding of the technical components underlying incidents in a tech environment
  
  
  

Salary:

• Gross salary: 2700 – 4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
