Marketing Business Analyst

I am Jaroslav Kokoskin, Head of Communication Channels Management Team, and I’m currently looking for a Marketing Business Analyst with a focus on B2B to join my team of professionals at Telia Lietuva. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy working with business process analytics and collaborating with technical teams such as software developers, data engineers, or data analysts as well as various other stakeholders across the organization.

As a Marketing Business Analyst, you’ll...

…work closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and brief requirements across a wide range of marketing automation initiatives—ranging from data needs for automated communication journeys to new functionality that supports personalized B2B customer experiences. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will translate these requirements into clearly defined deliverables that are aligned with business strategy and easily understood by our MarTech Development team. This involves collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for new communications and functionality, documenting and communicating them in a consistent format using tools like Confluence and JIRA and working with multiple technical teams to brief and refine these requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

The suitable candidate has prior experience and/or a background in marketing or customer experience-focused roles, with strong skills in data analytics, project management, and stakeholder management. Additionally, good English and Lithuanian language skills are also required. This person is analytical and solution-oriented, capable of finding clarity in complexity, solving problems, spotting patterns, and understanding the underlying drivers of business processes. They are effective communicators who can bridge the gap between business and technology, acting as translators across teams. A keen attention to detail, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a proactive mindset are also essential for success in this role.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600- 3300 EUR gross deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
