Human Resources Specialist

Our client is an international construction and engineering services company operating in over 6 countries and a large team currently in Romania. For their local HR team in Bucharest we are now looking for an HR Specialist reporting directly to the Regional CEE HR Manager.

• The person will coordinate the payroll with an external company. In this respect your responsibilities will mainly include:
• Preparing components
• Checking the correctness of work time tables
• Potentially correcting with the appropriate people on projects
• Maintaining payroll documentation
• Preparing payroll reports internally and for external institutions
• Introducing the payroll in the SAP system

In terms of HR administration, we are seeking a person knowledgeable in employee documentation, health and safety, hiring, firing and contract preparation.

A person who has prepared documents such as:

Employment contract

Annexes to employment contracts

HR Decisions

Termination of contracts

Additionally, knowledge of employment of foreign employees will be a nice to have.

Experience in the Revisal system is essential plus previous experience working in SAP.

You should be independent and eager to learn and have great communication skills in English. You have to be a Romanian native speaker.

OFFER:

Contract for 3 months trial period. After that it can be a contract for an indefinite period.

You can work from home 2 days per month, the role requires due to its nature and need to have close contacts with the employees, to be present in the office for most of the time.
