Full-Stack Developer / Lead – SaaS | TypeScript | React | Node.js - Utrecht

Do you want to help shape a fast-growing SaaS platform and grow into a hands-on leadership role over time?

We’re working with a SaaS company in Utrecht that helps organizations build interactive experiences without code. Think of gamified onboarding to AR-based tours and recruitment journeys. Clients include banks, universities, airports, and government organizations.

They’re looking for a full-stack developer (frontend-focused) to join as the CTO’s technical right-hand. You’ll start hands-on and take on more responsibility as the team grows.

The Role

• Build features across the stack: React (Next.js), Node.js (NestJS), TypeScript
• Improve the story builder, UX, and AI-based content tools
• Work on the full product lifecycle, from idea to deployment
• Help onboard new developers and shape development practices

The Stack

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Infra: GCP, Kubernetes

You

• 4+ years of experience as a developer
• Comfortable working full stack
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Based in the Netherlands, ideally Dutch speaking

Offer

• Up to €80K incl. holiday allowance
• 12-month contract, fast track to permanent
• Hybrid working (2–3 days at the office)
