About This Role

As Global Project Manager - Logistics Growth & Expansion within our global Strategy & PMO team, you will lead transformative initiatives designed to redefine, strengthen and expand our logistics and delivery network. This is a hands-on, strategic position designed for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you’ll support transformative projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize delivery models, and unlock growth opportunities. Whether exploring innovative delivery solutions or identifying market trends, you’ll lead the execution of strategies that deliver long-term success.

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on the design and execution of high-impact strategies to improve logistics and delivery efficiency.
• Lead Specific Projects: Manage discrete elements of complex, multi-market projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with broader objectives.
• Conduct Market Analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and commercial functions, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics, develop reports, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Change: Contribute to change management initiatives by supporting the rollout of new processes, systems, or strategies.
  
  

What will you bring to the table

• Proven strategic expertise, demonstrated through a relevant university degree or significant professional experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project management, preferably in logistics, technology, or e-commerce industries
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Proven success in contributing to cross-functional projects in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to present insights clearly and concisely.
