Data Analyst

The main objective of the position is to cover operational tasks around PCS and DDX platform primary parameterisation and data feed to perform further tasks by downstream teams. The person will also participate in various projects related to alternative platform development and automation of upstream/downstream processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Work with data and data analysis required for services operated via Private Asset platform Investran;
• Collecting data from various sources for investors, funds and portfolios;
• Digitalizing and normalizing data collected and injection to Investran;
• Management of supporting documents and storage in Investran;
• Close working with BA and IT in PAS Design team for data management process efficiencies.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar position (data management environment); experience with Investran or eFront would be an asset;
• Robust understanding of investment vehicles and their structure (fund, portfolio, investors);
• Understanding of relevant fund documents during live cycle of the fund;
• Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Self-motivated to work on improvements and process efficiency; IT skills for data management will be considered as advantage (advance Excel/Power Query, SQL commands/SSRS Reporting);
• Fluent in English. German/French is an asset.
